We can globally agree that human capital development is an issue at stake for the EESC and nobody can ignore the global and specific importance of human resources in restructuring processes. As the CCMI core-business is to be part of the overall debate on restructuring and anticipation in Europe, the discussion on the situation of human capital and human resources today is fundamental.
The EESC is therefore working on own-initiative opinion to examine this subject. To support its works, a conference is organized to hear the voice of various stakeholders.
