The European Passport to Active Citizenship (EPTAC) links individual citizens, civil society organisations and their ideas with EU institutions and continent-wide decision-making. It is designed to assist and guide citizens in making their voice heard by encouraging them to ask some basic questions about timing (when should you take action?), teams (who should you join forces with?) and tools (which available participatory instrument should you use?) when it comes to active citizenship and participatory democracy in the EU.
This new HTMLversion (available in English, French and German) offers a dynamic interface with additional facts and functionalities to illustrate the information and give insight into citizen's rights at a glance.
A PDF version is also available in 23 official languages.
