Representatives of the European and Georgian Domestic Advisory Groups (DAGs), set up under the Trade and Sustainable Development Chapter of the Association Agreement between the European Union and Georgia, will hold their seventh joint meeting on 29 November 2022 in Brussels. The objective of the meeting will be to prepare a set of recommendations for the EU-Georgia Trade and Sustainable Development Sub-Committee and the Civil Society Forum, which will take place in December 2022.

The EU-Serbia Joint Consultative Committee (JCC) will hold its 14th meeting on 29 November 2022 in Belgrade, Serbia. It is a platform established within the institutional framework of the EU‑Serbia Stabilisation and Association Agreement (SAA), enabling representatives of both the EU and the Serbian civil society to monitor the country's accession negotiations, discuss issues of common interest and point out concerns to be tackled on the Serbian path towards the European Union.
The Workers' Group is organising a conference in Paris, at the Economic, Social and Environmental Council, focusing on the issues of persistent discrimination in Europe and how to tackle it and the challenges and opportunities of participatory democracy for the EESC.
On 28 November 2022 the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) and ECOLISE will hold an event in the context of the annual Communities for Future Week, a week-long series of events at EU, national and regional levels that will explore how best to support ongoing work led by communities on climate change and sustainability in Europe.
In order to prepare its report on "Violation of sanctions/EU crimes'', the EESC is organising a hybrid public hearing on 25th November 2022, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The aim of the event is to gather input from policy makers, civil society organisations, academics and social partners, which will feed into the EESC's opinion.

The EESC's annual seminar for civil society communicators zoomed in on the impact of the war in Ukraine on the EU, addressing three thorny issues.
The 5th meeting of the EU DAG set up under the EU-UK TCA was dedicated to the assessment of the first year of DAG work -including the recent EU-UK Civil Society Forum, to an update on the Trade Specialised Committees and to a structured discussion of selected issues and recommendations with a DG TRADE representative.
The EU-Chile Joint Consultative Committee (JCC) - 9th meeting from 22 to 23/11/2022
This 6th meeting of the EU DAG for Vietnam will be the occasion for the members who participated at the joint meetings in Hanoi on 18-20 October to report back to the EU DAG, and for the EU DAG to reflect on how to follow-up on those meetings.
The European Commission's DG TRADE will report from the 2nd meeting of the Committee on Trade and Sustainable Development and discuss the outcome of the Joint Forum with the EU DAG.
The EU DAG will also discuss with the expert how to take the desk study on supply chains further.
Featuring speakers from the EESC and other EU institutions, international and European organisations, social partners, civil society organisations and think tanks, the event looks at the state of play regarding the reception of Ukrainian refugees in the EU, 9 months on from when the war began. The event will look at different perspectives: the institutional/political perspective, what is happening on the ground, and then to the progress of integrating refugees in the EU, focussing on employment, education and housing.
