The EESC has six sections, specialising in concrete topics of relevance to the citizens of the European Union, ranging from social to economic affairs, energy, environment, external relations or the internal market.
The European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) is delighted to host the exhibition Envision Cyprus to celebrate the Cyprus presidency of the Council of the European Union in the second half of 2012.
This exhibition is an important opportunity to raise awareness of what traditions and ageing are all about, and to challenge misconceptions and discrimination.
