Il-Kumitat ta' Segwitu UE-Russja huwa l-korp intern tal-KESE li huwa responsabbli għar-relazzjonijiet mas-soċjetà ċivili Russa.

Sa mill-bidu tal-gwerra kontra l-Ukrajna mill-awtoritajiet tal-Federazzjoni Russa fl-24 ta' Frar 2022 'il hawn, is-soċjetà ċivili ħielsa fir-Russja ġiet imsikkta permezz ta' liġijiet speċjali u repressjoni dejjem akbar, u ħafna kritiċi kienu mġiegħla jeżiljaw ruħhom.

Fiċ-ċirkostanzi diffiċli attwali, il-KESE ddeċieda jżomm ħajja l-possibbiltà għal djalogu mas-sezzjoni tas-soċjetà ċivili Russa li hija kontra l-gwerra u li tinsab fit-territorju tal-UE.

Dan wassal għal skambji produttivi ta' informazzjoni u fehmiet dwar kif għandhom jissoktaw ir-relazzjonijiet bilaterali ladarba tintemm il-gwerra u jerġa' jkun hemm il-libertà u d-demokrazija fil-pajjiż.

Despite this, businesses across the EU are struggling to find young people with the skills they need.
