The EESC Employers' Group is organizing a seminar on "Transposition of the European law – the key challenge to business activity" taking place on 6 December in Zagreb and jointly organized with the Croatian Chamber of Economy, the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts and the Croatian Employers' Association (HUP).
Transposition performance differs significantly across member states and policy sectors in the European Union. During the seminar, participants with a general overview on better regulation at the EU level, as well as those with an expertise in the transposition of EU law in Croatia, are going to engage in discussion on how legislation can be better transposed.
This seminar, which will be attended by many of our Members together with Croatian employers and entrepreneurs, politicians and academics aims to come to a common position with regards to best transposition practices at the EU level.
