Register and environmental regulatory monitoring and specialist advice in the area of regulation and environmental management in the Brussels-Capital Region

The Committee of the Regions is planning to sign a framework contract for the creation and updating of an environmental regulatory monitoring tool. The Committee is looking for a legislative monitoring tool which will identify and analyse new regulatory texts and create audit checklists. The Committee is also planning to call upon an environmental consultancy, partly to ensure that hazardous products and waste are managed appropriately.

The European Economic and Social Committee is also taking part in this call for tenders as an associated institution.

The contract will be awarded to the tender offering the best value for money taking account of the quality of the services proposed and the price.

Companies which have expressed an interest in this contract will receive all the documents needed to submit a tender.
