Les fonctionnaires de haut niveau du Service européen pour l'action extérieure (SEAE), les députés au Parlement européen (PE) et le représentant du Comité économique et social européen (CESE) qui se sont rendus à Kiev pour le troisième forum d’échange sur les accords d’association y ont été rejoints par des diplomates étrangers, des organisations de la société civile (OSC) de Bruxelles, Varsovie et Berlin, des journalistes, ainsi que des experts nationaux qui, en Ukraine, Moldavie et Géorgie, s’occupent de la mise en œuvre des accords d’association (AA). Ensemble, ils ont discuté des avancées récentes en la matière et partagé leurs expériences et bonnes pratiques, ainsi que les enseignements qu’ils ont tirés à propos de ces accords, des dispositifs institutionnels afférents, des questions de suivi de leur exécution et de l’association de la société civile à la démarche. István Komoróczki, qui préside pour le CESE la plate-forme de la société civile UE-Géorgie, a été l’un des participants à cette rencontre.
The 12th meeting of the EU-Georgia Civil Society Platform (CSP) will be convened on 17 November 2023.
During the meeting, a debate will focus on assessing the implementation of the priorities outlined by the European Commission and the state of play of the implementation of the EU-Georgia Association Agreement/DCFTA. The Platform will also discuss the digital transition in Georgia, as well as legal and practical issues of labour migration in Georgia and in the EU.
A joint declaration, prepared by both sides, will be discussed and adopted.
The 10th meeting of the EU-Georgia Domestic Advisory Group (DAG), and the first meeting of the new 2023-25 term, will take place on 4 October 2023. The DAG will elect a new chair, discuss the progress in implementing the Trade and Sustainable Development Chapter and make proposals for a work programme for the new term.
The 11th meeting of the EU-Georgia Civil Society Platform (CSP) will be convened on 8 June 2023 in Tbilisi, Georgia.
During the meeting, a debate will focus on assessing the implementation of the priorities outlined by the European Commission and the state of play of the implementation of the EU-Georgia Association Agreement/DCFTA. The Platform will also discuss the implementation of the Chapter 14 on Employment, social policy and equal opportunities, as well as media freedom and depolarisation, and the mobility of Georgian workers.

During the meeting, a debate will focus on assessing the implementation of the 12 priorities identified by the EU and the state of play of the implementation of the EU-Georgia Association Agreement/DCFTA. The Platform will also discuss the implementation of the Chapter 16 on Education, training and youth.

Representatives of the European and Georgian Domestic Advisory Groups (DAGs), set up under the Trade and Sustainable Development Chapter of the Association Agreement between the European Union and Georgia, will hold their seventh joint meeting on 29 November 2022 in Brussels.
The objective of the meeting will be to prepare a set of recommendations for the EU-Georgia Trade and Sustainable Development Sub-Committee and the Civil Society Forum, which will take place in December 2022.

Les participants ont suivi la mise en œuvre du chapitre sur le commerce et le développement durable de l'Accord d'Association.

La septième réunion de la plateforme de la société civile UE-Géorgie (CSP) s'est tenue le 30 juin 2021 à Tbilissi et s'est déroulée par visioconférence. Le CSP est l'un des organes créés dans le cadre de l'accord d'association entre l'Union européenne et la Géorgie. Il permet aux organisations de la société civile des deux côtés de suivre le processus de mise en œuvre et d'élaborer des recommandations à soumettre aux autorités compétentes.
Lors de cette septième réunion, les membres du CSP ont discuté de l'état d'avancement de la mise en œuvre de l'accord d'association. Ils ont également discuté de l'état du processus de réforme judiciaire et des aspects sanitaires, y compris la santé mentale, et les services de santé pour les plus vulnérables, dans le cadre de la lutte contre la pandémie de COVID-19.
