- Gudrun KOPP - Parliamentary State Secretary to the Federal Minister for Economic Cooperation and Development (Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany)
- and representatives of the Agence Française de développement, China-EU Water Platform and the ACP-EU Water Facility
