Following the success of the past editions, the Italian Alliance for Sustainable Development (ASviS) will hold its annual Sustainable Development Festival from May 21st to June 6th 2019. The Festival is the largest Italian initiative to raise awareness among civil society on economic, social and environmental sustainability, with the aim of promoting a cultural and political change to allow our country to implement the United Nations’ 2030 Agenda and achieve the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The Festival o ers hundreds of events all over Italy (there were 702 in 2018) to foster dialogue, share best practices and stimulate bottom-up requests for the country’s leadership to honour the commitments undertaken in the UN.
