ЕИСК: Европейският съюз трябва да обяви за незаконна и да се бори с всяка основана на пол и увреждане дискриминация, която засяга около 40 милиона жени в Европа

На 11 юли Европейският икономически и социален комитет (ЕИСК) — орган, представляващ европейското организирано гражданско общество — призова институциите на ЕС и държавите членки да засилят усилията си за закрила на жените и момичетата с увреждания, които продължават да се сблъскват с многобройни форми на дискриминация в обществото на ЕС въз основа на своя пол и увреждане, което често води до социално изключване.
