  Migration key to Europe’s growth, says Vice-President Krawczyk (version anglaise uniquement) Migrant labour will be crucial if Europe is successfully to address labour and skills shortages, said EESC vice-president Jacek Krawczyk in a panel discussion on demographics and economics.   1st South Eastern European Government Communication Conference (SEECOM) (Version anglaise uniquement) On 14th September Anna Maria Darmanin gave a key note speech "The Role of Government Communicators" at the 1st South Eastern European Government Communication Conference (SEECOM) in Budva, Montenegro. The seminar brought together senior government communication officials from the South Eastern Europe and some of the leading government communication experts from Europe and the United States, with the purpose to exchange experiences and best government communication practices. The SEECOM is part of Montenegro’s Action Plan for Open Government Partnership, a new multilateral initiative that seeks to secure concrete commitments from governments to promote transparency, empower citizens, fight corruption, and harness new technologies to strengthen governance.
