Eradicating domestic violenceAn EESC event to mark the International Day of Peace Conference -
Brussels, Belgium Domestic violence by men against women, whether physical or psychological, is one of the gravest violations of human rights: the right to life and to physical and psychological integrity. Today, to mark the International Day of Peace, the EESC will hold a conference to listen to researchers and institutional actors and stakeholders and discuss with them its opinion on the matter.
